Welcomer – Guest Reception Specialist

About the role

Accor is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Welcomer to be the first point of contact for guests in Dubai. You will create a warm, personalized welcome experience and ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism and a genuine smile.
• Provide personalized check‑in and check‑out experiences.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information.
• Offer welcome beverages or amenities based on guest status or preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations for seamless service.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and promote hotel services and promotions.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues or escalate appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front‑office or guest‑facing role in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Warm, outgoing, service‑oriented personality with ability to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai attractions and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability and adaptability to a multicultural environment.
