About the role
Kerzner International is recruiting a Wellness Expert to join the One&Only Spa team at One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai. The role sits within the global growth of the resort's brands and goes beyond building relationships with guests and colleagues. It reports directly to the Head of Wellness - Training & Guest Experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional treatments to loyal spa guests in line with the hotel's brand standards.
- Maintain excellent five-star client care, cleaning standards and grooming.
- Generate revenue through retail, upselling and cross-selling to other business centres in the spa.
Required profile
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
- Strong experience in the health and beauty section.
- Creative, dynamic and passionate, with good leadership skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
