About the role
This position supports an AI‑powered HR technology and workforce transformation company as part of its Emiratization initiative. Fresh graduates interested in HR tech, business consulting and customer success are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and document business processes.
- Support product demonstrations, platform configuration and testing.
- Assist with customer onboarding, training and go‑live.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and work with customers.
- Relevant internships in SaaS, HR Tech, consulting or business analysis are a plus.
