About the role
An experienced and motivated Workshop Manager is sought to oversee the daily operations of an automotive service center in Fujairah. The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with excellent leadership skills, managing workshop staff while ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in workshop management or a similar automotive supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians and mechanics.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures and automotive diagnostics.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple repair jobs at once.
