Account Manager (Arabic & English) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for a global technology client’s MENA team, operating through the Omnicom network. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate closely with a US‑based team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s MENA operations, managing communication and expectations.
• Oversee project intake, tracking, reporting, and data hygiene using Asana.
• Navigate enterprise‑level approval processes and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align deliverables with client objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, either within an agency or an in‑house environment.
• Native or fluent Arabic combined with confident English proficiency.
• Based in Dubai and available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Asana for project management.
