Account Manager – Retail

About the role

Deliveroo’s UAE New Verticals Team is seeking a Retail Account Manager to manage top national and SMB retail/non‑food partners. You will onboard, support and grow these partnerships, acting as the day‑to‑day liaison between partners and Deliveroo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with top retail/non‑food partners, becoming the expert in this space as the portfolio scales.
• Drive partner performance through proactive reporting, regular business reviews, analysis, improvement projects and identification of growth opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional planning for partners, ensuring an attractive value proposition for customers.
• Work with compliance, legal and operations to uphold best practices and support site roll‑outs and partner expansion.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in account management, business development or a commercial role.
• Experience in the retail and/or pharmacy industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and a partner‑obsessed mindset.
• Ability to analyse data and make clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working with all levels of the organisation.
