Account Manager – Thermal Cement (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will lead commercial activities for industrial minerals used in refractory applications, focusing on thermal cement solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will drive revenue growth, build strategic customer relationships and ensure alignment with technical, quality and supply‑chain requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy defined with the Sales Director and senior management.
• Monitor pipeline development, KPIs and sales forecasts, analysing results to identify improvement opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities across steel, foundry, cement, glass, ceramics, petrochemical and related sectors.
• Manage long sales cycles, support complex negotiations, long‑term supply contracts and pricing strategies.
• Engage major customers and strategic accounts, participating in technical meetings, audits and qualification processes.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations and convey market feedback.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, profitability and market developments, ensuring accurate CRM data.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in refractory minerals, ceramics, metallurgy or related fields.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial minerals and refractory products.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
