Accountant & Payroll Officer

About the role

AutoHub is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant & Payroll Officer in Dubai. The role combines accounting tasks with payroll processing and employee administration, working closely with management to keep financial and employee records accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing
• Process monthly payroll, salaries and bonuses
• Manage employee records, annual leave balances and attendance data
• Coordinate employee-related financial matters and documentation
• Handle invoices, payments and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Previous experience in accounting and payroll; UAE experience is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE
