About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our car‑rental business. The role involves handling documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating bookings while ensuring data accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update rental records, contracts and customer files, both digitally and physically.
- Manage vehicle booking schedules and keep vehicle availability records in sync with the operations team.
- Prepare and update booking logs, internal tracking sheets and daily reports on rentals, returns and reservations.
- Upload and refresh documents in the TARS system promptly.
- Coordinate vehicle replacements and system updates in Nodal and TARS with the operations team.
- Ensure all entered data is accurate and regularly refreshed.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations staff.
- Proficiency in handling both digital and physical filing systems.
