About the role
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to support the Office of Academic Programs for postgraduate studies. The role involves handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation of internal academic programs. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty and staff to maintain efficient processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and record‑keeping for postgraduate programs.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, seminars, and events related to academic programs.
- Maintain databases and update student and program information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for internal stakeholders.
- Provide front‑desk support and respond to inquiries from students and faculty.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in an educational or administrative environment.
- Post‑secondary diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
