Associate – LMS Support

About the role

EDGE Group’s BEACON RED entity is looking for an Associate to support its Learning Management System (LMS) and vocational education training activities. The role will involve creating and maintaining courses, enrolling learners and instructors, managing training schedules and records, and ensuring data accuracy and security.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions of the LMS, including creating and managing courses.
• Enter, update and maintain training data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Enroll learners and instructors following VE naming conventions and archive courses after delivery.
• Generate and distribute training reports, use dashboards and support implementation, testing and rollout of customised systems.
• Assist the VE team with high‑quality delivery content and contribute to quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, technical or education fields (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience with knowledge‑systems in education and training.
• Hands‑on experience implementing LMS and other educational technologies at scale.
• Vocational trainer, assessor and internal verifier qualifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Brightspace or Moodle.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Experience with workflow systems like SharePoint.
• Relevant IT or multimedia certifications.
