About the role

The Advisor Portfolio Performance Management – Gas‑Sour UC Growth provides professional advice, support and constructive input on operations planning, asset performance, budgeting and strategic aspects of gas assets. The role ensures efficient delivery of upstream mandates while maintaining 100% compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend and advise on asset business issues to optimise resource utilisation in line with ADNOC guidelines.
• Analyze and provide comprehensive feedback on gas‑asset performance, finance, budgets and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver regular updates on asset performance, expenditure progress and optimisation projects.
• Monitor gas production targets and ensure alignment with concession mandates.
• Review operation and production work plans, capital and operating budgets, and submit recommendations.
• Contribute to yearly business and financial planning for gas assets.
• Support governance of gas‑asset activities through coordination with internal ADNOC functions.
• Promote safe, healthy and environmentally friendly operations.
• Maximise asset value and ensure delivery of production targets.
• Align and optimise inter‑OPCO shutdown plans with downstream and stakeholder activities.
• Advise on non‑technical business subjects related to operation and production.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards across all gas‑asset activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in gas‑asset performance management or portfolio advisory.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating financial and operational data.
• Familiarity with budgeting, cost optimisation and strategic planning.
• Understanding of HSE regulations and concession mandates.
• Ability to communicate recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
