Product Manager – Transaction Banking (UAE Nationals only)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Product Manager to join the Transaction Banking Trade Product team at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing and managing a complex product portfolio that meets customer needs and captures market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategy into product value propositions and manage a differentiating product portfolio.
• Propose and implement cross‑selling strategies to increase acquisition, activation and retention.
• Build market intelligence, conduct research and monitor market sizing, competition and segmentation.
• Review and control the product portfolio to ensure alignment with risk strategy and market conditions.
• Lead the team in line with ADCB people‑management policies to maximise performance.
• Organise and supervise team activities to achieve targets and deliver the business plan.
• Implement departmental policies and ensure adherence to standards of service.
• Motivate the team to contribute to change initiatives and projects.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services with a product management focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant specialization.
• Certified Product Manager (CPM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products.
• Proven financial analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
