After Sales Technical Specialist – Middle East & East Africa

About the role

We are looking for an After‑Sales Technical Specialist to join our Dubai office and support coffee machine and grinder customers across the Middle East and East Africa. The role combines hands‑on technical service with commercial interaction, ensuring equipment reliability and strong distributor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on coffee machines (mechanical and electronic).
• Provide remote troubleshooting and on‑site technical support to distributors, specialty coffee partners, and international coffee chains.
• Deliver technical training sessions for technicians and end‑users throughout the region.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team to identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support the sales team during customer visits, demonstrations, and project discussions with technical expertise.
• Participate in after‑sales meetings, customer visits, and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience repairing and maintaining professional coffee machines or similar equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English; Arabic highly preferred.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to develop distributor and key‑account relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈40‑60% of the time) across the region.
• European passport preferred for frequent international travel.
