Agentic AI Solutions Engineer - Banking

About the role

VAM Systems is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI solutions for its banking and financial services clients in the UAE. The role involves working on both offshore and onsite projects, delivering end‑to‑end AI architectures that meet strict regulatory and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operationalize autonomous AI agents and multi‑agent workflows using platforms such as Azure AI Foundry and Agentforce.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems including Salesforce CRM, data lakes, CMS, and custom APIs.
• Lead architecture governance, enforce code quality, and define technical standards across AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure AI solutions comply with banking regulations, risk management, and data privacy requirements.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices for scalable deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or a related field.
• 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML, solution architecture and cloud services, preferably within banking, fintech or other highly regulated environments.
• Proven track record of delivering AI‑driven digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
