AI Innovation & Venture Manager – Dubai

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking an AI Innovation & Venture Manager to lead the AI idea intake funnel across its Lines of Service and internal teams in Dubai. You will work closely with idea owners, AI & Digital Lab teams, CTOs and AI Leads to transform early concepts into clear, actionable canvases that drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day AI idea intake funnel, ensuring smooth flow from submission to qualification.
• Collaborate with idea owners, LoS AI & Digital Lab teams, CTOs, AI Leads and central teams to shape early ideas into concept canvases.
• Support Gate 1 assessments by verifying problem relevance, demand, strategic alignment, duplication avoidance and initial build/buy/partner pathways.
• Coordinate with technical, risk, quality, legal and compliance stakeholders to surface feasibility issues early.
• Maintain documentation of idea status, decisions and next steps.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of experience in venture building, digital product development or AI technology consulting.
• Proven ability to manage idea pipelines and drive concepts to actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business functions.
• Experience assessing strategic fit, market demand and risk for emerging technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
