About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking experienced Airbus A320 pilots to join its Abu Dhabi fleet. The position offers a tax‑free salary package and the chance to work for a globally recognised, safety‑focused airline.

Key responsibilities

• Assume full command of the aircraft from taxi‑out to engine shutdown.
• Lead the flight and cabin crew, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with Etihad’s fuel‑efficiency and sustainability policies.
• Deliver on‑time performance and uphold the airline’s high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5,500 total flight hours, with significant Airbus A320 experience.
• Valid ATPL and appropriate UAE pilot licences.
• Strong decision‑making ability and crew‑resource‑management skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi with family.
