Aircraft Sales Director - Middle East

About the role

The Aircraft Sales Director – Rotary Middle East will lead Jet Aviation’s rotary‑wing aircraft sales strategy across the region, focusing on new Bell aircraft and expanding the pre‑owned aircraft business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with Jet Aviation’s commercial objectives, driving new Bell sales and pre‑owned rotary aircraft transactions.
• Identify, qualify and convert business opportunities, including sourcing, acquisitions, trade‑ins, consignment and remarketing of both new and pre‑owned aircraft.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market development, strategic networking and participation in industry events.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales transactions, negotiating contracts, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Compliance and Technical teams, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to specification.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, deliver revenue, margin and forecasting targets, and provide regular market and business development reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in technical sales within aerospace, defence or related industries, preferably with experience in new and pre‑owned aircraft sales.
• Strong Middle East market knowledge and an established network of aircraft owners, operators, brokers and government contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to build senior customer relationships, engage C‑suite executives and negotiate complex sales contracts in a regulated environment.
• Strategic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset with the capability to operate autonomously and drive sustainable pipeline growth.
