Alpine Race Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Alpine Race Trainer to join our Ski Dubai team. The role involves delivering high‑quality training programmes for athletes of all ages and skill levels, while upholding safety and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver Alpine Race training sessions and seasonal plans.
• Coach athletes on skiing techniques, race tactics, physical conditioning and competition preparation.
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure all activities comply with health, safety and operational guidelines.
• Assist in organising races, training camps and academy events.
• Build positive relationships with athletes, parents and guests.
• Promote Ski Academy programmes and support instructor development.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; sports‑related qualifications preferred.
• 2‑3 years experience in Alpine ski racing, ski coaching or related snow‑sport environment.
• Certified ski instructor with an internationally recognised qualification (ISIA certification advantageous).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Certified ski instruction (ISIA or equivalent).
