Architect (Design) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a talented Architect (Design) to join Young Engineering Consultancy Services in Dubai. The role involves taking architectural projects from concept through detailed design and authority approval for new builds, extensions and renovations. You will work on‑site, collaborating closely with consultants, contractors and UAE authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept to construction documentation.
• Prepare complete design packages for new construction, renovation, extension and alteration projects.
• Translate client briefs into creative, technically compliant solutions.
• Produce drawings, plans, elevations, sections, schedules and details.
• Coordinate designs with structural, MEP, civil and other specialist consultants.
• Manage design coordination, resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Submit drawings and documents to UAE authorities, handle comments and obtain approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, regulations and planning requirements.
• Review existing buildings and site conditions for extension and renovation designs.
• Participate in client, consultant and authority meetings.

Required profile

• Architectural degree and several years of design experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, authority requirements and submission procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design deliverables.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants and contractors.
