Area Brand Trainer

About the role

The Area Brand Trainer delivers brand-specific training across multiple store locations, equipping team members with the product knowledge and customer service skills needed to drive sales and enhance the brand experience. The role also supports succession planning and tracks employee KPIs so that training can be tailored to improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver regular in-store training sessions across assigned stores to keep brand knowledge and customer service consistent.
• Facilitate onboarding for new joiners and refresher training for existing staff, aligned with brand standards and business goals.
• Monitor store and individual KPIs to spot training needs, customize interventions for performance gaps, and give feedback and coaching after training.
• Keep up with product launches and ensure staff are confident in selling techniques, while promoting brand culture.
• Support succession planning by identifying high-potential store employees, helping with their development plans and tracking progress with store management.
• Maintain training attendance records, report on training impact and progress, and share performance insights with Area Managers and the Brand Training Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail or brand training, preferably in a multi-store setup.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.

Required skills

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse performance data and turn it into actionable training plans.
