Area Sales Manager

About the role

Red Castle is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead its retail operations in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional commercial performance, operational standards, and customer service across the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the assigned location in collaboration with store managers.
• Lead managers and sales teams to achieve and exceed sales budget objectives while maintaining operational integrity.
• Consolidate and analyse monthly sales reports, work with the Retail Manager to optimise stock levels, and implement corrective action plans.
• Foster a positive, high‑performance team environment built on trust, integrity, and professional standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mall management and represent Red Castle in strategic meetings.

Required profile

• Strong communicator and negotiator with solid commercial acumen.
• People‑oriented with a passion for luxury retail.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, including at least 4 years leading a portfolio of stores.
