Category Manager

About the role

Miral Experiences, the leading operator of world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Category Manager to own the end‑to‑end management of retail product categories. You will develop and source products that meet guest expectations while driving commercial performance across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development and execution of retail product ranges within assigned categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and licensing partners.
• Identify new product opportunities, market trends and sourcing solutions.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Planning on buy plans, forecasting, inventory management and intake schedules.
• Monitor sales, stock performance and margin targets to achieve commercial results.
• Support pricing, product setup, visual merchandising standards and purchase order processes.
• Ensure products comply with UAE regulatory, testing and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in retail buying and product development.
• Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to market.
• Strong supplier and vendor management experience with a data‑driven approach to commercial decisions.
