About the role

The Assistant Store Manager role blends business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales and deliver best‑in‑class customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non‑management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/point‑of‑sale systems.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and inclusion & diversity awareness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
• Team‑building skills and self‑starter attitude.
• Drive to achieve results and multitasking ability.
• Interest and knowledge of fashion.
