Assistant Director of Marketing

About the role

The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is seeking an Assistant Director of Marketing to lead strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue across its luxury hospitality portfolio. Reporting to senior leadership, you will work in a dynamic, high‑energy environment at the heart of Dubai’s downtown district.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the hotel’s brand standards and business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and F&B teams to create promotional assets for events, restaurants, and spa services.
• Manage digital channels, social media, and content creation to engage target audiences.
• Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimise spend and improve ROI.
• Oversee external agency relationships and ensure timely delivery of creative work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality marketing or a comparable luxury service environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
