Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager you will drive Kraken’s consumer growth across multiple regions, launching and scaling paid acquisition channels. You will test dozens of campaigns each month, quickly identify winners and turn them into sustainable growth engines.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and size new channel and campaign opportunities across EU, LATAM and APAC markets.
• Launch, monitor and iterate dozens of channel tests each month, working with creative, MarTech and product teams.
• Localise campaigns by understanding audience, language, media habits and regulatory rules in each country.
• Evaluate performance beyond ROAS, focusing on funded customers, CAC, cohort quality and payback.
• Scale successful tests into permanent acquisition channels, managing budgets, creative development and measurement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to share learnings and replicate wins across markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience building paid acquisition channels from scratch and scaling them profitably.
• Ability to run dozens of tests per month, formulate hypotheses, set budgets and make data‑driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of CAC, attribution, incrementality, LTV and payback metrics.
• Comfort working with analysts on messy data to derive clear actionable insights.
• Hands‑on knowledge of paid campaigns on web and app, including audience targeting, creative, conversion tracking and optimisation.
• Collaborative mindset, willing to challenge ideas and share learnings across teams.
