Assistant Director of Sales – GCC

About the role

The Assistant Director of Sales (GCC) will lead the sales function for Six Senses The Palm Dubai, ensuring the property meets its occupancy, rate and revenue targets while upholding the Six Senses brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term commercial strategy in partnership with the Director of Sales.
• Drive revenue generation across allocated market segments, managing both proactive and reactive sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing and Operations to align goals and tactics.
• Maintain high standards of appearance, safety, security and emergency procedures for the team.
• Represent the brand at industry trade shows and luxury road‑shows, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports highlighting achievements, challenges and future strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior sales role within luxury hotels, with a track record of meeting budgeted targets.
• Strong understanding of GCC market trends and luxury hospitality sales dynamics.
• Ability to lead a high‑performing team ethically and in compliance with local laws.
