Sales Representative - Corporate Accounts

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Sales Representative to own and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts across the UAE. You will be the primary contact for corporate clients, building relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and negotiating agreements that benefit both parties. The role requires solid experience in corporate travel sales and a strong understanding of the aviation industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, planning and executing sales activities using market data and insights.
• Analyze market potential across existing and prospective corporate clients, converting opportunities into revenue.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with corporate accounts, acting as their go‑to advisor for travel solutions.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements, drafting contracts that meet client needs while adhering to Etihad’s commercial guidelines.
• Track competitor, market, and industry intelligence to refine Etihad’s selling approach and increase market share.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Etihad’s CRM system and complete required commercial training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in corporate accounts or B2B travel trade sales.
• Essential aviation industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments to achieve shared commercial goals.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, capable of turning market data into actionable sales plans.
• Based in the UAE with flexibility to meet clients across the region.
