Assistant Faculty - Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Faculty member to join our Human Resources department on campus in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will deliver engaging HR lectures, develop course materials, and support student learning throughout the academic term.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver HR lectures and academic sessions to undergraduate/graduate students.
• Design and develop course content, assessments, case studies and supporting materials.
• Evaluate assignments, provide constructive feedback and grades.
• Facilitate learner engagement and coordinate academic activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging HR lectures.
• Experience in developing course content, assessments and case studies.
• Strong academic coordination and student support skills.
