Assistant General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager with strong Rent a Car and Fleet Management expertise to support the operations of multiple business divisions, including Rent a Car, Delivery Services, Real Estate, and Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing multiple divisions and achieving operational and financial targets.
• Lead Rent a Car and Fleet Operations, overseeing utilization, revenue, vehicle availability, maintenance, and customer service.
• Coordinate Managers, Team Leaders, and operational teams across divisions.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, profitability, costs and prepare management reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Support business development, corporate accounts, client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Oversee operational issues, customer escalations, staff performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong Rent a Car/Fleet Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple divisions such as Delivery, Real Estate and Technology.
• UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI and business management systems.
