Sales Director – Business Bay, Dubai

About the role

Assets Real Estate is seeking a strategic Sales Director to lead its high‑performing sales team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Mentor, coach and develop a team of sales professionals.
• Oversee the full sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high‑value clients and strategic partners.
• Identify new markets and opportunities to increase market share.
• Monitor sales metrics, KPIs and reporting to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service teams.
• Forecast sales and assist with departmental budgeting.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new sales talent.
• Represent the company at events, trade shows and client meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years in senior sales leadership (Sales Manager or Sales Director).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
