Commercial Project Manager

About the role

This position supports the AGORA ERP implementation for Gas Services Distributed in the United Arab Emirates and will transition into a permanent Commercial Project Manager role, overseeing commercial execution across service lines such as long‑term contracts, maintenance, repairs, spare‑parts deliveries and field services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise project financial KPIs – revenue, cost, gross profit, cash flow, assets and financing instruments.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines, transfer pricing, tax and export‑control regulations.
• Act as key user and data steward for SAP/ERP (S4EUnify/AGORA) implementation, documenting system knowledge and migrating commercial data.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, subcontractors and offshore teams to align commercial terms and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Certified CPM for ‘C’ category projects.
• Proven experience managing complex, long‑term service projects, preferably in the gas services or LTSA sector.
• Strong background in financial reporting, IFRS, budgeting, asset and cash‑flow management.

Required skills

• SAP/ERP implementation experience (S4EUnify, AGORA).
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Data stewardship and system migration expertise.
• Contract and claim management, foreign‑currency hedging knowledge.
