About the role
The Assistant Manager supports store strategy, operations and people management, driving sales and delivering best‑in‑class customer service at Dubai Mall.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines and oversee daily store operations.
- Supervise the sales floor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays and floorset updates.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision‑making.
- Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
