Business Development Executive

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our B2B client base for AML and compliance services, driving growth in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, meetings, and other channels.
• Develop relationships with companies, business owners, senior management, and decision‑makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable AML/compliance solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through onboarding and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Monitor market opportunities and identify potential sectors and companies needing AML services.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven approach.
• Good understanding of the UAE business environment.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision‑makers is preferred.
