The Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis will join Abu Dhabi University to deliver high‑quality teaching and research in behavior assessment, intervention strategies, ethics, and research methods. Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and continuously improve courses in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Prepare and update teaching materials, assess student performance, and supervise practicum and fieldwork.
• Develop curriculum aligned with international standards and certification requirements.
• Conduct scholarly research, publish findings, and present at academic conferences.
• Provide academic advising, departmental service, and collaborate with schools, clinics, and community organisations.
• Lead specialised research projects to enhance the university’s profile.
