Assistant Professor – Wealth Management

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Professor in Wealth Management to join a newly established business school in Dubai. The role involves shaping an industry‑connected curriculum that prepares students for careers in wealth management, private banking, investment management, and related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in wealth management and finance.
• Create assessments, case studies, and applied learning projects aligned with industry standards.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways.
• Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to keep programmes current and relevant.

Required profile

• PhD in Finance, Investment, Financial Economics, Wealth Management, Banking or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at an accredited higher‑education institution.
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development, assessments, and student mentoring.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); Arabic is preferred.
• Eligibility for UAE MOHESR qualification recognition/equivalency.
• Comfort working in a multicultural academic environment.
