About the role

As an Assistant Recreation Manager at DoubleTree By Hilton Resort & Spa, you will support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by overseeing fitness, spa, pool and other recreational facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Recreation Manager in supervising daily operations of the Fitness Centre, Spa, pools and other recreational areas.
• Assist with recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of the recreation team.
• Anticipate guest and member needs, respond to feedback and develop engaging fitness and recreation programmes.
• Help drive membership sales, revenue targets, promotions and cost‑control initiatives.
• Ensure all equipment, supplies and facilities are maintained to Hilton’s quality, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards, health and safety, hygiene and security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in recreation, spa, fitness or health‑club operations.
• Strong knowledge of recreation, health‑club and spa operations.
• Passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork and ownership.
