Assistant Reservations Manager

About the role

The Assistant Reservations Manager supports the reservations team at W Hotels Dubai, ensuring accurate room blocks, bookings, and group market codes. This role acts as a liaison between guests, the front desk, and internal departments while upholding the brand’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Verify room availability, rates, and guarantee policies, and communicate them to guests.
• Handle special requests, billing set‑up, and documentation of guest issues.
• Maintain and update the reservation system with accurate data.
• Support management in training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, appearance standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
