Assistant Vice President - Gaming Marketing

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead its Gaming Marketing team, driving revenue growth and strategic expansion for the upcoming integrated resort.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue performance through targeted marketing, VIP acquisition and player retention.
• Develop and execute business plans to grow gaming revenue across international, regional and premium segments.
• Lead player development teams, strengthen relationships with VIP players, agents and partners.
• Design and refine marketing programs, events and promotions that drive visitation and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Gaming Operations, Hospitality, Finance, Digital and F&B to deliver integrated guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit and internal control standards and manage budget and expense controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in gaming marketing, VIP services or player development.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in high‑end gaming or luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership experience managing hosts, player development executives and marketing teams.
