Assistant Vice President - Wealth Management

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Wealth Management will design and execute a wealth management strategy that drives sales and creates new business opportunities with financial institutions and high‑net‑worth (HNW) individuals. This senior role combines relationship management, deal structuring, and market development within Aldar’s real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Aldar’s real‑estate products to banks, investment firms, and private investors.
• Identify and segment target financial markets to uncover new business prospects.
• Analyse client insights to craft financially attractive deals that align with client preferences.
• Manage end‑to‑end client relationships to ensure successful transaction completion.
• Develop joint‑venture, build‑to‑sell and land‑sale opportunities for HNW clients.
• Prepare customized presentations and financial term sheets for prospective partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and secure agreement sign‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, banking, or a real‑estate development environment.
• Proven track record of generating business with financial institutions and HNW individuals.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real‑estate market and competitor offerings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of banking and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and work collaboratively across divisions.
