Associate Director – Corporate Services & Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead Corporate Services and Global Occupier Solutions within its newly created Project Development Services division. The role will oversee corporate fit‑out projects for blue‑chip occupiers across the UAE and GCC, ensuring delivery that meets quality, budget and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate occupier and fit‑out projects from inception through completion.
• Act as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships with global and regional occupier clients.
• Develop and execute the business strategy for the sector, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
• Collaborate with local and international internal teams to deliver integrated services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Mentor and manage project teams and consultants, fostering professional development.
• Provide expert advice throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to handover.
• Contribute to departmental strategy, operational planning, and reporting.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in corporate fit‑out, preferably within a project‑management consultancy or as a project leader for a commercial interiors contractor.
• Proven track record delivering high‑quality office fit‑outs, workplace transformations, and tenant improvement projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client‑facing abilities.
