Associate Director - UAE Royal Client Coverage

About the role

The Associate Director – UAE Royal Client Coverage will join the Private Banking Front Office in Dubai, focusing on high‑value portfolios and revenue generation for Emirates NBD. This senior position reports to senior management and works closely with cross‑functional teams to serve royal, ruling‑family and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and expand existing client relationships across the GCC market while identifying new prospects.
• Generate net new money and revenue by delivering tailored investment solutions and conducting regular account reviews with Investment Advisors.
• Increase client share of wallet and diversify the private bank’s product mix through direct investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Retail, Investment Banking and Asset Management lines to create integrated solutions.
• Foster teamwork by introducing clients to senior team members and supporting the development of junior relationship managers.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• CFA or equivalent financial services qualification (desirable).
• Extensive experience in financial services, specifically managing relationships with royal, ruling‑family and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Strong knowledge of assets & liabilities products, capital markets and portfolio management.
