Assistant Relationship Manager

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) supports Relationship Managers and Group Heads in daily operations, client administration and service delivery within Julius Baer’s private banking division in Dubai. The role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders, customizing client requests, and ensuring high‑quality service throughout the client lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support RMs/GHs in client interactions, administration, and documentation with precision and timeliness.
• Customize client requests such as reporting, statistics, and mailings, and prepare presentations and investment proposals.
• Manage calendars, organise client meetings, business trips and post‑process client calls and meetings.
• Collect and exchange relevant information, support project implementation and provide input for process improvements.
• Assist in risk management by ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and timely escalation of issues.
