Associate, Investor Relations & Fund‑raising

About the role

The Associate will support capital origination and fund‑raising for the firm’s real‑estate and private‑equity products across the GCC. The role focuses on building investor relationships, closing commitments and maintaining a robust pipeline while adhering to DFSA regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close commitments from family offices, HNWIs, private banks, wealth platforms, insurers and corporates in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and other GCC markets.
• Raise capital for closed‑end, open‑ended, evergreen and Sharia‑compliant funds, as well as co‑investments and deal‑by‑deal syndications.
• Develop and manage a qualified investor pipeline, maintain CRM records and produce regular pipeline reports for senior management.
• Coordinate investor due‑diligence responses, support subscription and onboarding processes, and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.
• Maintain ongoing investor relations through regular communication, reporting and re‑up discussions for new fund opportunities.
• Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences and industry events, building trusted relationships with market participants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related field; CFA, CAIA or relevant postgraduate study is advantageous.
• 5–8 years of experience in fund‑raising, capital raising or investor relations within real‑estate, private‑equity or alternative asset management.
• Proven track record of originating and closing investor commitments and an established network of family offices, HNWIs, private banks and institutional investors in the GCC.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
