About the role

As a High School Graduate – Customer Service, you will join the Branch Banking team of Emirates Islamic Bank, delivering a seamless and professional experience to customers. This position offers a chance to develop banking skills in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling deposits, withdrawals and account inquiries.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
• Support the branch team, including Teller, Service Ambassador and Personal Banking Service Advisor roles.
• Promote and cross‑sell Emirates Islamic products and services based on customer needs.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, delivering timely resolutions.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to create a pleasant environment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to new systems.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
