Associate Relationship Manager – Dubai

About the role

Deutsche Börse Group is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to expand and nurture its client base in the UAE market. You will act as the first point of contact for banks and financial institutions, ensuring compliance, delivering solutions, and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Collect and upload full KYC documentation, monitor AML/CFT compliance and manage adverse media checks.
• Achieve targets for new relationships, revenue growth, cross‑selling and personal development.
• Support the line manager in executing the business plan and identifying new opportunities.
• Maintain the CRM system with client information, risk alerts and business performance data.
• Oversee client onboarding, coordinate with compliance, credit and middle‑office teams, and ensure training and reporting are in place.
• Handle escalated client queries and provide timely resolutions.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably with a custodian bank or securities house.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT regulations and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage deliverables on time.
