Associate Trainer (Network Contractor)

About the role

Foreground is building a curated network of independent trainers and facilitators to deliver project‑based learning engagements across the GCC and MENA region. As an Associate Trainer you will be engaged on a per‑project basis to design, facilitate and deliver leadership and capability programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and deliver workshops on leadership development, management skills, culture change, communication, emotional intelligence, Emiratisation and HR capability.
• Facilitate psychometric and assessment tools such as MBTI, DiSC, Hogan or equivalent instruments.
• Collaborate with Foreground’s design team to shape program architecture and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience as a trainer, facilitator or L&D professional delivering to corporate audiences.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the listed content areas and ability to work with senior executives and cross‑cultural teams in the GCC.
• Fluency in English; Arabic delivery capability is a strong differentiator.

Required skills

• Proficiency with virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using LMS‑integrated environments for blended learning.
• Familiarity with psychometric tools (e.g., MBTI, DiSC, Hogan).
