Learning Support Assistant – Inclusion – Secondary

About the role

The Arbor School is seeking a motivated Learning Support Assistant to support secondary students across a range of subjects and learning environments, working closely with class teachers and utilizing the school’s innovative learning spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Complement and support the delivery of the curriculum for secondary students.
• Assist and, where appropriate, lead learning activities in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher.
• Utilise the school’s extraordinary learning spaces to enhance student engagement.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to teachers.

Required profile

• Very good English language skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (preferred) and a recognised teaching assistant qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 Certificate, Level 3 Diploma, or T Level in Education).
• IELTS score between 6.5 and 8.0.
• Strong office/administrative experience.
• Minimum two years’ experience working in a school or similar setting, preferably with the English National Curriculum and in an international, premium‑quality school.
