Audit Manager

About the role

We are a boutique audit and accounting firm in Dubai looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead statutory audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of SME clients across the UAE and ADGM.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and finalize statutory and regulatory audits in line with ISA and IFRS.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of audits for UAE‑registered entities, including group consolidations and regulatory filings.
• Perform and review risk assessments, materiality determinations and audit approach design.
• Review audit files, financial statements and disclosures for technical accuracy and quality control compliance.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources across multiple concurrent audits.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building trust‑based relationships.
• Supervise, mentor and develop audit seniors and staff.
• Stay current on IFRS, ISA and ADGM regulatory updates and disseminate knowledge.
• Contribute to audit methodology, quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist partners with proposal development, scoping and fee discussions.

Required profile

• At least 8 years (96 months) of audit experience, preferably in an UAE or ADGM environment.
• Proven ability to lead audit engagements from planning to finalization.
• Experience managing a team of audit professionals.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of ISA, IFRS and relevant UAE regulatory frameworks.
