Automotive Marketing Specialist – Showroom & Digital Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for an Automotive Marketing Specialist to lead showroom marketing activities, digital campaigns and vehicle launch events for OMODA & JAECOO in Dubai. The role combines on‑site brand activation with online lead generation to boost traffic and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute showroom marketing activities, campaigns, events and vehicle launches.
• Drive showroom traffic, customer engagement and lead generation through both online and offline initiatives.
• Manage showroom branding, point‑of‑sale materials, vehicle displays and promotional assets.
• Support digital marketing efforts, create social media content and coordinate local activations.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team on promotions, test‑drive campaigns and customer events.
• Monitor competitors, gather customer feedback and track local automotive market trends.
• Measure leads, campaign performance and marketing KPIs, reporting results to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of automotive marketing experience in the UAE/Dubai, preferably with a Chinese automotive brand.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market and showroom dynamics.
• Excellent communication, customer‑engagement and coordination abilities.
